- Process all accounts receivable invoices, statements, and receipts
- Conduct account research, credit checks, and new customer account setup
- Prepare and maintain AR reports, including aging and reconciliation to the general ledger
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement adjustments as needed
- Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and discrepancies
- Maintain compliance and accuracy within AR and vendor portals
- Assist with collection and management of sales tax exemption certificates
- Support additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2 years of accounts receivable or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting systems (ERP experience preferred)
