- Process and reconcile daily cash receipts and deposits.
- Review and reconcile sales and financial reports from multiple locations.
- Generate, distribute, and track customer invoices.
- Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account records.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and investigate discrepancies.
- Process vendor statements and support billing-related activities.
- Maintain documentation and accounting records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
- Support additional accounting and administrative functions as needed.
- 1 year of Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
