- Lead all accounts receivable functions, including collections, cash application, billing, deductions, and customer account management
- Manage customer credit reviews, credit limits, risk assessments, and credit hold processes
- Monitor aging reports and collection activities to reduce past-due balances and improve cash flow
- Supervise and develop the AR team while ensuring all daily, monthly, and annual deadlines are met
- Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes, deductions, and payment issues
- Prepare AR reporting, dashboards, aging analyses, and support month-end close and audit activities
- Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 8 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience, preferably within a complex business environment
- Prior leadership experience managing AR staff, processes, and performance expectations
- Strong knowledge of credit management, collections, cash application, billing, and account reconciliation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
