- Manage collections activities and proactively follow up on outstanding customer accounts
- The AR & Collections Specialist will reconcile customer accounts and research billing discrepancies to ensure timely resolution
- Partner with sales and customer service teams to maintain positive customer relationships while collecting outstanding balances
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and prepare collection and aging reports
- The AR & Collections Specialist will maintain accurate customer account records and payment documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve AR and collections processes as the company continues to grow
- The AR & Collections Specialist will assist with additional accounts receivable and accounting duties as needed
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and/or collections
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive account conversations professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is preferred
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Salary : $58,000 - $64,000
