Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Payable Specialist
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close activities and maintain AP records
- 2 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
- Experience with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of invoice processing and account reconciliations
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
