Core Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing, including high-volume invoice intake and coding
- Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, and receipt) with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct detailed research on invoice discrepancies and resolve issues with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with multiple locations and departments to track purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Process payments and support bi-weekly check runs
- Prioritize vendor payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized AP records in Spectrum
- Track, edit, and resolve outstanding AP issues in a timely manner
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist in a high-volume, multi-entity or multi-location environment
- Strong experience with 3-way matching and full-cycle AP processes
- Proficiency with Spectrum software preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
