- Perform all aspects of accounts payable including invoice entry, purchase order matching, and payment processing
- Maintain vendor records, coordinate W-9s, and manage 1099 reporting
- Reconcile AP transactions and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
- Review and verify check requests and expense reports using GAAP standards
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Support credit card reconciliation and ensure clearing accounts are balanced monthly
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
- 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor
