Accounts Payable Specialist | $20 - $26/hour | Elkhart, IN

An established employer is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records while providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Prepare payment batches and weekly check runs
• Assist with month-end accounting activities
• Maintain organized accounting records
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred
• ERP system experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
