Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Payable Manager
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team.
- Oversee invoice processing, coding accuracy, approvals, and payment cycles.
- Manage vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and vendor relationships.
- Review AP reconciliations, aging reports, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end close activities, audits, and AP process documentation.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience leading or supervising an Accounts Payable team.
- Experience in a high-volume AP environment.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with AP/ERP systems.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
