Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices with speed and accuracy
• Match invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
• Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
• Support month-end close and additional accounting functions as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Coordinator, AP Clerk, or Accounting Assistant
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
