Key Responsibilities For The Accounting Supervisor

• Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Review and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
• Analyze cash flow and financial data to support business decisions
• Partner with Controller on process improvements and efficiencies
• Manage and develop a team of 3–4 accounting professionals
• Prepare journal entries and ensure reporting accuracy
  
  

Qualifications For The Accounting Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• NetSuite or large ERP system experience
