Accounting Supervisor – Revenue & Billing (Remote)

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (exceptional candidates may be considered above range)

Location: Remote (U.S. East Coast or Central Time Zones Only)

Office Situation: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small billing team
• Review revenue activity, invoicing, collections, and billing processes
• Manage deferred revenue and revenue recognition activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end close
• Process payroll and oversee related accounting activities
• Review accounting data for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with automation initiatives and process improvements
• Partner with leadership on accounting operations and reporting
  
  

Qualifications

• SaaS accounting experience
• Revenue recognition experience
• Deferred revenue experience
• Month-end close experience
• Strong bank reconciliation experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables
  
  

Preferred

• Sage Intacct experience
• Maxio / Chargify experience
• Payroll processing experience
• Accounting degree
• Power Query experience
• Multi-state payroll exposure
