- Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, and general ledger accounting
- Support financial reporting and accounting analysis as needed
- Monitor outstanding invoices, payments, and vendor accounts
- Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support ongoing accounting initiatives
- 2 years of accounting experience, including AP, AR, reconciliations, or general ledger support
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software with excellent attention to detail
