Target Compensation: $60-70k
Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
- Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including cash applications and collections support
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment inquiries
Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:
- Previous experience in an accounting, AP, AR, or bookkeeping role
- Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or month-end close activities
