Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)

Salary: $115,000 – $140,000

Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a biotech company in Cambridge to find an experienced Accounting Manager. This Accounting Manager role will oversee key accounting operations and lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting staff as an Accounting Manager
• Oversee month-end close and reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Manage audits and process improvements
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of experience including leadership as an Accounting Manager
• CPA strongly preferred
• Industry experience a plus
