Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and enter invoices into the accounting system for multi-entity accounts payable
- Prepare accounts payable aging reports for approval
- Perform check runs on an as-needed basis
- Run weekly payroll
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including labor union representatives
- Operate in a private equity–owned environment with ongoing expectations to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounts payable experience or AP oversight
- Good customer service skills
- Experience preparing aging reports and processing payments
- Experience with NetSuite
- Multi-entity AP experience
- Experience working with labor unions or multiple external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multi-entity accounting
