Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings in coordination with internal and external teams
• Review financial statement disclosures, footnotes, and supporting documentation
• Partner with business units to resolve accounting questions and ensure GAAP compliance
• Support M&A activity, impairment analysis, and implementation of new accounting standards

Ideal Background for the Accounting Manager Manager
