- Oversee daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and communication.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow enhancements.
- Support compliance, vendor payments, customer receivables, and operational accounting activities.
- Contribute accounting expertise and General Ledger knowledge to organizational initiatives.
- Experience leading AP and/or AR teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Previous people-management experience with multiple direct reports.
- Solid General Ledger and accounting fundamentals.
- Project management experience, ideally involving automation, systems implementations, or process improvements.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, collaborative management role.
