This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a strong accounting team, oversee complex reporting, and provide financial insight that directly supports business growth and decision-making across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & develop the team: Manage, mentor, and support accountants across several sites, fostering accuracy, accountability, and professional growth
- Oversee financial reporting: Ensure timely, accurate monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Drive budgeting & forecasting: Consolidate site-level budgets, lead the annual planning process, and prepare forecasts and variance analysis
- Manage cash flow: Oversee cash management and prepare regional and consolidated cash forecasts
- Strengthen controls & compliance: Maintain internal controls, support audits, and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
- Partner with leadership: Deliver executive-ready reporting and provide actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA a plus)
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience; multi-site or multi-entity experience strongly preferred
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop teams
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement
