- ME Close (overseeing all reconciliations and journal entries)
- Oversee all grants - heavy foundation based grants and some federal grants
- Annual budget and forecasting
- Supervise a team of 2
- Oversee AP and AR
- Ad hoc reporting/projects
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 10 years of accounting experience
- Grants/Non-profit experience
- Supervisory experience
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
- Experience in Sage Intacct, Concur (must), Vena, and NetFourm is a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
