What You’ll Be Doing
- Streamline and improve accounting and finance processes
- Help reduce manual work through automation and smarter workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and IT teams
- Improve reporting accuracy, visibility, and financial insights
- Support ERP implementations, system upgrades, and process improvements
- Build scalable processes and controls to support company growth
- Accounting or finance background within public accounting, corporate accounting, FP&A, or operational finance
- Experience working within modern ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Strong Excel and reporting skills with a systems-oriented mindset
- Professionals who enjoy identifying inefficiencies and improving processes
- Exposure to automation tools, AI tools, Power BI, workflow optimization, or financial systems enhancements is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- High visibility and partnership with leadership teams
