Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results and business performance trends
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Assist with consolidations, financial reporting, and account analysis
- Partner with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Assist with due diligence and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions
- Work cross-functionally with domestic and international business units
- Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations for management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting, finance, audit, or analytical experience
- CPA strongly preferred but not required
- Public accounting experience is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on mentality with a willingness to learn and tackle challenges
