- Perform complex account reconciliations and specialized accounting analyses
- Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance processes
- Support internal and external audits through documentation and reporting
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA preferred or equivalent professional certification
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information, if required
