Key Responsibilities For The Accountant

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations (primary focus)
• Download and match GL data with bank statements using Excel
• Reconcile Bill.com transactions with system data
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across multiple systems
• Maintain accurate financial records through manual reconciliation processes
  
  

Qualifications For The Accountant

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables required)
• Proven experience with bank reconciliations
• Familiarity working in manual or legacy accounting systems
• Experience with AP/payment platforms like Bill.com is preferred
