- Prepare and post general ledger entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Assist with investment accounting activities and related reporting
- Process accounts payable transactions and support month-end accounting functions
- Analyze transactions, identify issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Previous banking industry experience required (accounting, operations, teller, lending, deposit operations, or other banking-related experience)
- Experience with reconciliations, transaction processing, account research, or general accounting activities
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent banking experience will be considered
