Profitable selling of the HVAC products represented by CFM Company is the core business of the company. This position is primarily responsible for assisting outside sales personnel in selling the products to mechanical contractors. The work is accomplished in an office environment during normal business hours. Occasional out of office work may include visits to customers’ offices, job site visits, and factory training sessions. The work involves the execution of the complete sales process.

Depending on the needs of the outside sales personnel and the experience level of the employee, some of the responsibilities may be reduced or omitted. As the experience level of the employee improves, the responsibilities will be increased to encompass the entire scope described below.
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type / Expected Hours Of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

- Project Follow-up: Shipment tracking, IOM’s/Warranties
- Develop manufacturer relationship(s) as “Product Champion”
- Apply computer skills: Windows, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Sales Office, BlueBeam Revu, manufacturer software and online programs
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus minimum two years related work experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree plus minimum one-year related work experience
