Job Description
CFM Electric is hiring a full-time Electrician with 3–5 years of experience for commercial and residential electrical work. This position offers steady hours, competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and long-term stability with a growing electrical contractor.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, service, maintenance, and repairs
- Troubleshoot commercial and residential electrical systems
- Install and service lighting, panels, circuits, switches, and power systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Ensure work complies with NEC and local electrical codes
- Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Travel to job sites across New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Pennsylvania
Requirements
- 3–5 years of electrician experience (commercial and/or residential)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring methods
- Experience with service work, installations, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA certification preferred
