CFL USA, LLC is currently seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek to hire a Shipping Clerk that will report to our Shipping Manager. The successful candidate will assist with order processing at the LVT facility in Adairsville, Georgia. The position has a strong connection to the main facility in China, thus excellent communications skills are required. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Obtain and process product orders
- Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient inventory for shipments
- Check the status for open orders.
- Keep files of goods shipped by preparing regular shipping reports.
- Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
- Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
- Update the system after shipment
- Ensure that CFL HQ in China receives routine communication
- Resolve customer inquiries, including but not limited to: order status, product information, order processing, account status, sales programs, as well as product line knowledge
- Daily contact with cross functional team

Requirements:- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- At least 1 year of customer contact experience,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Email and phone etiquette
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments including but not limited to Sales, Administration, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Marketing, Distribution and Field Sales Force
- Commitment to company values
- MSOffice proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Manufacturing experience with exposure to SAP, or equivalent, is strongly preferred
