About the role:
In this leadership role, you will set the strategic vision for your region, inspiring and empowering your team to achieve ambitious growth targets while modeling CFBank’s Boutique Banking commitment. You will mentor, develop, and lead high-performing banking center managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership and individual contributions will be critical in driving overall market performance, shaping client engagement strategies, and ensuring that all business lines operate in alignment with organizational goals.

What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and empower regional teams, collaborating closely with the Corporate leadership team to deliver communications, drive initiatives locally, and ensure performance is in alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by proactively building relationships and leveraging consultative sales strategies via direct calling efforts.
- Establish ambitious performance goals for the team and branch, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed targets, with a focus on the broader achievement of established revenue goals as well as talent development for individual members of your team.
- Support integrated marketing efforts for new and existing products and services, serving as a liaison for your region, while acting as a strategic connector across lines of business such as Treasury Management, Commercial Lending, and Residential Lending to maximize cross-sell opportunities and client engagement.
- Enhance client experience by resolving issues efficiently and ensuring solutions are customized to financial needs. Coach staff to maintain a strong understanding of products and empower them to deliver high-quality service and solutions to effectively manage the client experience end to end.
- Act as a trusted advisor for both colleagues and clients, leveraging deep expertise in banking best practices, product knowledge and sales skills, as well as effective risk management.
