We are seeking Master’s level, licensed or license-eligible clinicians (LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT) to join CFA in our amazingly rewarding In-Home Program.

Our Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) Program serves clients in New London County in a hybrid role Monday-Friday, with no weekend or on-call hours and offers schedule flexibility as they are a combination of day and evening hours to best accommodate client’s needs. Mileage reimbursement is provided!

Key Responsibilities of our In-Home Clinicians:

• Delivers clinical treatment to clients and their families, collaborating with other providers and community partners on client care (including schools, probation, psychiatry, etc.)
• Maintains clinical documentation in accordance to licensing, accreditation and program requirements
• Participates in weekly reflective individual and team supervision
• Meets weekly billable expectations defined by CFA
• Assists clients in obtaining community resources and prosocial activities
• Collaborates with the rest of the team regarding case management needs and followthrough with appropriate action steps
• Ensures that all paperwork is completed on time and accurately

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current state licensure as a (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or license eligible (LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA)
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility to accommodate a combination of day and evening hours
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and experience working with an Electronic Health Record system
• Ability to work successfully independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Salary range: $64,000-$69,000 depending on licensure. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred with significant pay differential offered.
