What You’ll Do
- Lead or support a classroom of infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolaged children
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with CT ELDS
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Work closely with a collaborative teaching team to support a supportive classroom environment

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 12 ECE credits
- CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (may be completed after hire)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork and child development
Compensation
- $20.00 $22.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications
- Fulltime, yearround, MondayFriday daytime schedule
