Truck Dispatcher
CF Xpress Logistics, LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Truck Dispatcher to join our growing transportation team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickup and delivery appointments.
- Monitor truck locations and shipment status.
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers.
- Track loads and ensure on-time service.
- Update load information and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with route planning and problem resolution.
- Monitor detention, layovers, and delivery issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
Requirements:
- Previous trucking dispatch experience preferred.
- Knowledge of DAT Load Board and Truckstop is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- English required; Spanish is a plus.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Some after-hours communication may be required
