💫 FULLY REMOTE | NY Labor Law / Construction Accident Attorney | Up to $300K Base
I'm partnering with an outstanding plaintiff's firm that is continuing to grow its New York Labor Law / Construction Accident practice, and this is one of the best fully remote opportunities I've seen in this space.
We're seeking a New York Bar-admitted attorney with 3-10 years of Labor Law / construction accident litigation experience who is looking for a long-term home with a collaborative, technology-driven firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling Labor Law/construction accident matters, including depositions, motion practice, discovery, client communication, and trial preparation, and be comfortable managing a caseload with a high degree of independence.
Bonus: If you're currently working with an outstanding litigation paralegal you'd like to bring with you, the firm is open to considering that as well.
💰 Attorney: Up to $300,000 base salary
💰 Paralegal: Up to $120,000
Requirements:
✔️ Must be admitted to the New York Bar
✔️ 3-10 years of Labor Law / construction accident litigation experience
✔️ Strong litigation, writing, and advocacy skills
✔️ Comfortable working in a paperless, technology-driven environment
