- Manage inventory, minimize waste, and maintain budget
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations.
- Have Serve-safe certificate with up to date
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with some Peruvian cuisine knowledge
- Know how to work with a team and be bilingual in spanish and some english
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience working within dietary departments or specialized menus.
- Skilled in food production, inventory management
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work culture.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, inventory control systems, and kitchen equipment operation.
