POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented Technical Project Associate to oversee website projects and manage our offshore development team in India.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, manage projects, and ensure quality deliverables — but a basic understanding of code (HTML/CSS, front-end/back-end concepts) is required to communicate effectively with developers.

Note: This is not a Developer Position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage website projects from ideation to delivery
• Translate business goals into clear technical requirements for developers
• Coordinate and communicate with offshore development teams
• Review and QA development work before deployment
• Maintain timelines, task lists, and project documentation
• Ensure websites meet functional, design, and performance standards
• Monitor project progress and report updates to leadership

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in web project coordination, QA, or digital production
• Basic understanding of web development: HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, front-end vs back-end concepts
• Experience working with offshore or remote development teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes

Preferred:

• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms
• Familiarity with staging, hosting, and deployment processes
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

• $25/hr, Full-Time (~40 hrs/week)
• Contract / 1099 or W2 depending on preference
