Job Summary
Our client is looking for Assistant Training Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day trainings; designs and delivers training programs for employees, ISAs (Independent Sales Agents) and Location Partners.
The position will focus on improving level of customer services in the areas such as : Developing sales / product / service training kits, performing tests of employees and evaluate the result. The position will also prepare the analysis on retail stores' performance and plan for local marketing.
Job Description
1. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
2. Call on retail partner stores to conduct high-level sales training seminars for retail sales associates in groups. Will include both classroom and sometimes individual meeting formats.
3. Follow up with individual one-on-one hands-on training, sparring, and coaching
4. Deliver effective, inspiring presentations both in person or online.
5. Attend company tradeshows and / or events at the request of management to promote awareness of the company and its products
6. Work in conjunction with our team of independent sales reps and sales management to create and support a cohesive presentation in order to convey a consistent brand message
7. Continuous monitoring, assessing, and updating of the training programs, processes, and materials as needed
8. Maintain reports and provide performance feedback from stores or sales rep
9. Assist in the onboarding of retail stores' new employees when applicable
10, Create recorded training sessions for continued or refresher education classes
11. Constantly develop and update training materials to be more efficient
12. Other duties assigned by the management
Qualifications
Local candidates only : who can commute to our Beverly Hills, CA HQ Location
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Training is required (including products trainings)
Strong communication skills to both small and large audiences
Ability to develop and implement innovative Training Programs
Excellent analysis skills for retail stores' performance
Extremely proficient with MS office suite (Word, Power point & Excel) and proficient using with Google doc
Project Management, Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize workload
Must be a Team player
Good demeanor
Bilingual Korean
