## Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Front Office / Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
## Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Appointment Scheduling
- Assist with walk-ins
- Coordinate special projects and events as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Process documents related to health and life insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
-Assist clients with insurance claim forms and policy inquiries.
## Skills
- Experience in front desk or receptionist roles is required
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers and copiers
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
## Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
