Position Overview
Caylor Equipment Services is seeking an experienced Flexible Endoscope Repair Technician to join our team in Jupiter, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the evaluation, repair, and quality assurance of flexible endoscopes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and experienced in performing repairs across a range of flexible scope platforms while maintaining strict quality and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed evaluation and quality control inspections on flexible endoscopes
- Diagnose issues and execute repairs on both large and small diameter flexible endoscopes
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble endoscopes to meet OEM functional standards
- Conduct leak testing, image verification, and final quality checks
- Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and industry best practices
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding repair status and findings
Qualifications
- Proven experience repairing flexible endoscopes (required)
- We need knowledge of at least a full rebuild.
- Ability to perform evaluations, diagnostics, and full-scope repairs independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workflow efficiently
- Strong communication skills for documentation and internal coordination
- Experience working in a medical device repair or healthcare environment preferred
