What You'll Do
- Perform thorough residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and surface cleaning
- Follow Cerva's detailed room-by-room cleaning checklist consistently on every job
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients before and after each clean
- Use company-provided supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any client concerns, property damage, or issues to management promptly
- Represent Cerva Clean's brand with professionalism in every home you enter
What We're Looking For
- Prior residential cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license — required
- Ability to pass a background check — required
- Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in quality work
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks — bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for extended periods
- Professional communication with clients
- Punctual, dependable, self-motivated
