Experienced House Cleaner – Waxahachie / Ellis County

Crown’s Shine Cleaning is currently hiring experienced residential cleaners in Waxahachie, Ellis County, and surrounding areas.

Cleaners must be willing to travel within this service area for scheduled jobs.

This is an opportunity for motivated, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work and are comfortable working independently.

We are not hiring beginners at this time — prior cleaning experience is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform residential cleaning services (standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans)
• Follow detailed job instructions and client preferences
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally regarding job updates and completion
• Manage your time efficiently while working independently

Requirements (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

• Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience REQUIRED
• Must be comfortable cleaning independently (no training provided)
• Cleaners must have reliable transportation. Public transportation will not meet the requirements of this role.
• Must be willing to travel within Waxahachie, Ellis County, and surrounding areas
• Must have a smartphone for job details and communication
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Compensation:
• Earn 50% of each cleaning job
• Typical earnings average $22–$30 per hour depending on job size and efficiency
• Weekly payouts
• Opportunity to earn more based on performance and availability
• Must be 18 years of age or older to work as an independent contractor
