What You’ll Do
- Complete daily service routes and assigned pest control services
- Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply treatments
- Communicate clearly with customers about services and next steps
- Ensure safe product application following all PPE and compliance standards
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and provide follow-up as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and system updates
- Keep your vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and ready
What Success Looks Like
- Complete 98% of scheduled service stops
- Maintain 90% accuracy in documentation and compliance
- Achieve 70% customer satisfaction scores
- Generate 8 qualified leads per month
- Resolve 95% of service issues within 24 hours

What You’ll Bring
- Valid driver’s license with 5 years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
