What You'll Do
- Manage your own daily service route and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Inspect lawns and landscapes to identify turf, plant, and pest-related concerns.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products safely, accurately, and according to schedule.
- Educate customers on their lawn and landscape needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Monitor treatment results and follow up on service needs.
- Maintain accurate service, treatment, and compliance records.
- Properly maintain your company vehicle, equipment, and tools.
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and comfort working independently
- Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather — because that's where the job happens
Preferred:
- Lawn & Ornamental license or certification
- Experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscaping
- Familiarity with lawn service equipment and application tools
