Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. This position has a starting pay rate of $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs
The typical schedule for this opportunity is two (2) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes every Sunday and Monday 7p-7a. Included with this schedule is an additional 8 hours of pay each week contact facility for more details.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
