Summary
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.
STNA base rate ranges from $19 to $20 an hour, based on experience
Shift differential opportunity $1/hr
The typical schedule for this opportunity is 7pm - 7am.
Schedule 1: Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Schedule 2: Week 1: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Schedule 3: Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Thursday, Friday
Schedule 4: Week 1: Sunday, Monday
Week 2: Sunday, Monday

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
- Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
- Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.
