Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. This is a great opportunity for a RN or LPN looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate environment. This position has a starting pay rate of $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $40 an hour for RNs
The current applicable schedule, from 6pm to 6:30am, for this opportunity is:
- Week 1: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Not looking for a full-time opportunity? No worries! We are able to be flexible and split this opportunity into Part Time positions. An example of a part-time schedules for this role would be:
- Week 1: Tuesday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
Salary : $29 - $40
