Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities within our communities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality care.
Starting pay for this position is $18 an hour
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. Start and End times are flexible based on needs of the community. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
- Utilize CMMS for tracking work orders and managing maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Assist in supervising maintenance staff as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory of supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is highly desirable.
- Basic electrical skills and understanding of logic controllers are beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; leadership experience is a plus.
