Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts across various sectors
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
- Research and develop leads for new client acquisition
- Analyze market data and client feedback to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal sales and service teams to execute account plans
- Prepare and deliver performance reports to leadership
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues with urgency and care
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales, account management, or client-facing experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Department of Agriculture certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Warm calling or outbound sales experience is a plus
