Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sheet Metal Worker based in Pomona, CA. The responsibilities of this role include operating hand tools for metalworking, fabricating and shaping sheet metal, and performing welding tasks as needed. The Sheet Metal Worker will work on custom projects for architectural and commercial purposes, ensuring quality standards are met and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience with Hand Tools and proficiency in Metalworking
- Proficiency in Welding techniques and understanding of safety procedures
- Knowledge and skills in Sheet Metal fabrication
- Experience working in industries such as Aircraft or similar areas is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Capability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Physical ability to handle tools and materials in a manufacturing setting
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
