Inventory Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Guerneville, CA
Pay: $21.50/hour tips and commissions
Schedule: Monday–Friday, roughly 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays during Wine Club events
Assignment Duration: Through August (subject to change)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Inventory Coordinator to join our team while our current Coordinator is on a leave of absence. This full-time role plays an important part in maintaining our Wine Shop warehouse operations, supporting the Wine Shop/Tasting Room team, and ensuring a positive customer experience for all visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all incoming and outgoing goods for the Wine Shop warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accountable work area.
• Process and ship orders from the webstore, telephone, Wine Club, onsite customers, and various internal departments.
• Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and ensure accurate documentation for state-by-state requirements.
• Post and update tracking information for customer and accounting purposes.
• Assist Wine Shop/Tasting Room operations as needed, providing excellent customer service to all visitors.
• Operate a golf cart regularly as part of daily duties (must be 21 years old).
• Support management with various department projects and assignments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment involving orders, receiving, shipping, and packaging.
• Retail experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and order entry systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays during special events.
