About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our staffing and recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized workforce solutions across various industries. Key Responsibilities:Identify, target, and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services (contract, temp-to-hire, and permanent placements).Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams.Understand client workforce needs and present tailored staffing solutions that align with their goals.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and service excellence.Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree preferred.2–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing/recruitment industry.Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition models, and workforce management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting business partnerships.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
